We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Principal Technical Program Manager to drive strategic, large-scale programs across engineering, business and product teams. As a senior leader in the Program Management function, he/she will ensure the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives while fostering innovation, collaboration, and high-quality execution. You will act as a critical liaison between leadership, engineering, and product teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment of objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

• Program Leadership: Lead and drive high-impact, large-scale technical programs from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on-time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the main point of contact between engineering, product, and business stakeholders. Ensure that all teams are aligned on goals, roadmaps, and timelines.

• Strategic Planning: Partner with engineering and other leadership teams to shape the long-term vision, define success metrics, and establish clear program objectives.

• Execution Excellence: Ensure high-quality program execution by establishing and maintaining effective program management methodologies, best practices, and frameworks.

• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and dependencies. Develop contingency plans and ensure that risk management processes are in place for smooth program delivery.

• Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular, detailed updates to senior leadership on the progress, challenges, and risks associated with programs. Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams to ensure clear understanding.

• Team Development: Mentor and coach junior Technical Program Managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture within the Program Management team.

• Resource Allocation: Work closely with leadership to ensure that program resources are effectively managed and aligned with business priorities, ensuring capacity planning across engineering teams.

• Process Optimization: Continuously improve processes to drive operational efficiency and scalable delivery frameworks, while staying adaptive to evolving program needs.


Key Qualifications:

• 10+ years of technical program management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior or principal program management role, managing complex, multi-team projects.

• Strong technical understanding and experience working with engineering teams on software development lifecycles, system design, and architecture.

• Expertise in managing programs using Agile, Scrum, and other iterative development methodologies.

• Demonstrated ability to drive programs that span across multiple domains with interdependencies and to navigate through ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a proven ability to influence across all levels of the organization.

• Proficiency in using program management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) for planning, tracking, and reporting.

• A strong background in risk management, issue resolution, and delivering results on high-impact programs.

• Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think strategically while staying focused on execution.
