Should be able to handle work independentlyGood understanding about business requirements and Analyze, Design, plan and develop solutions.Understand System architecture and support tech upgrade activities.Collaborate with Business to understand business objectives, functional and non-functional requirements.Ability to communicate effectively via multiple channels (verbal, written, etc.) with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Day-to-day application support and maintenance.Should have Support & Development experience and comfortable to work in S&M mode.Committed with ownership & Team Player.
