May act as the team lead on projects. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and configures detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.

5-7 years of experience relevant to this position including 2 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.

**Education**:

- Any Graduate in Computer Science/Mathematics/Statistics
- B.E./B.Tech.

**Experience**:8 + years
**Primary Skills ( **Mandatory **)**
- Working experience in **Oracle PL/SQL, utPLSQL, Core Java, JUnit and XML technologies a must **.**:

- Good understanding of **Software Design Principles and Java Design Patterns**:

- Strong understanding of technology and coding
- Zeal for continuous improvement through breaking barriers, building skills, innovative ideas and experiments.
- 4+ years of working experience in software design and solutioning
- 3+ years of experience in leading/grooming a team of 4-5 members
- Ability to lead from the front and lead by example
- Strong communication skills - Should possess good language skills; should be able to articulate and communicate things clearly and unambiguously.
- Experience of working with customers (and customers’ customer)
- Flexibility to work in different technology/country/culture.
- Working knowledge of Banking and Finance would be a plus.

**Responsibilities**:

- Requirement analysis and solutioning.
- Preparing high quality functional design document.
- Designing software extensions that are robust and scalable.
- Doing peer review of functional and technical design.
- Working on high priority complex coding assignments independently.
- Performing reviews of code and software delivery checklist.
- Doing root cause analysis of software issues and come up with an effective remediation plan.
- Guiding/leading a team of 2-5 members.
- Participate in requirement discussions with onsite team.
- Grooming junior resources and preparing them for the next level.
