Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Affiliate Executive to join our marketing team. As an Affiliate Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and expanding our affiliate marketing program. You will work closely with affiliate partners, monitor performance, and implement strategies to maximize revenue and grow our affiliate network

Key Responsibilities

  • Affiliate Partner Management:
  • Recruit and onboard new affiliate partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates.
  • Provide support and assistance to affiliates to help them achieve their performance goals.
  • Campaign Management:
  • Coordinate affiliate marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize conversions and ROI.
  • Ensure compliance with affiliate program terms and conditions.

Performance Analysis:

  • Track and analyse affiliate performance and key metrics.
  • Prepare regular reports on affiliate activity and revenue generation.
  • Identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Creative Development:

  • Collaborate with the creative team to provide affiliates with marketing materials and resources.
  • Ensure affiliates have access to up-to-date banners, links, and promotional assets.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management:
  • Negotiate terms and agreements with affiliate partners.
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts and agreements.

Compliance and Fraud Prevention:

  • Monitor affiliate activities for compliance with program policies.
  • Implement fraud prevention measures to protect the program from unethical practice.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles, practices, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in using affiliate tracking and management software
