Role Overview


At CareStack, the Business Analyst plays a crucial role in driving the evolution of our product platform. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating closely with stakeholders across the organization, including customers, executive leadership, sales, marketing, and implementation teams, to understand and prioritize key drivers for business growth.
  • Defining and prioritizing business requirements to guide the evolution of the product platform.
  • Working closely with development and marketing teams to plan and launch new features and enhancements within the platform.
  • Analyzing the performance of the product platform, monitoring the effectiveness of launched features, and communicating insights within the organization.
  • Evangelizing the product story both internally and externally to build transparency, trust, and confidence.
  • Collaborating with sales and business development teams to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.

What You'll Need to Succeed as a Business Analyst at CareStack:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience in healthcare or dental industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
