Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in the Greater Delhi Area. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and developing strategies to drive growth. The role involves market research, lead generation, negotiating deals, and presenting business proposals. The manager will also work closely with the marketing and product teams to align business development efforts with company goals. This is Field role and not inside sales. Qualifications Business Development skills including identifying new opportunities, lead generation, and closing deals Client relationship management and maintaining ongoing relationships with existing clients Market research and strategic planning skills Strong negotiation and presentation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in healthcare or mental health industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Ability to work independently and as part of a team
