We are seeking a talented and driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team at Touchstone Educationals LLP. As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and recruiting highly qualified candidates to fulfill our company's hiring needs. Qualifications and Skills


  • 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
  • Knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices
  • Familiarity with job boards, social media platforms, and other sourcing channels
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a can-do attitude
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Implement effective sourcing strategies to attract and identify qualified candidates
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess applicant qualifications
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job requirements
  • Post job advertisements on relevant job boards and social media channels
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate interviews and coordinate the interview schedule
  • Conduct reference checks and background verification of potential candidates
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and documentation
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
  • Should know digital ways of sourcing candidates from various Job Portals even without Naukri.com
