Role:

As a Fund Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in the financial operations of Endiya Partners. You will work closely with the CFO, Accounts Manager and External Consultants to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day accounting operations for investment funds and management company entitiesProcess accounts payable and receivables.Ensure timely and correct filing of statutory payments and returns.Prepare and reconcile bank statements.Maintain and update accounting records and vouchers, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Assist with tax preparation, filing, and compliance with regulatory requirements (Income Tax, GST, SEBI, RBI).Manage all compliance and tax requirements for the fund, as well as employee expenses and reimbursements.Support audit processes and prepare required documentation.Assist in the preparation of various MIS reports, including budgets and cash forecasts as needed.Coordinate with bankers, service providers, and reconcile related accounts.Assist and prepare a full set of accounts, calculate fund IRR, and prepare regular investor reports.

Qualifications:Chartered Accountant is preferred (or) a Masters degree in accounting or finance.Minimum 2-3 years of experience in financial accounting, with a strong preference for experience in the VC industry.Hands-on experience in consolidation, financial reporting, and budgeting.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Proficiency in Tally accounting softwareStrong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
