About the Role We are looking for a Program Manager to own and drive client success and operational excellence at Grexa AI. This is a senior, high-ownership role where you’ll design and scale processes, oversee multiple client journeys, and work directly with leadership to ensure our platform becomes an integral part of our clients’ businesses. You’ll be the strategic link between clients, product, and leadership, ensuring smooth onboarding, deep adoption, and measurable revenue growth. Beyond managing client programs, you’ll also help shape org-level strategies, team processes, and cross-functional initiatives that directly impact Grexa’s growth trajectory.
