Enhance Customer Relationships by Building and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business through exceptional service. Expand Dealer Network by Evaluating and appoint dealers based on target segments and regions, providing robust training and support to drive sales. Oversee the order execution process, addressing challenges promptly, and respond to customer requests for installations and services. Establish a performance-driven culture within the sales team to motivate and engage members towards achieving sales goals.
