The Senior Influencer Marketing Specialist will contribute to the success of Embryolisse India and Temptu India, supporting the Social Media communications team,, PR Marketing team and VP of Marketing by initiating, managing and scaling ongoing affiliate and influencer programs to generate content creation, build a loyal community and drive brand love. As the Senior Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will lead social outreach and activation creation to increase attributed revenue generated by influencer affiliates. Marketing Executive Responsibilities: -Has handled Influencer Marketing budgets of 15L+ - Worked on YouTube Influencers & Instagram Influencer - Understands how to look at data, GA, excel - Worked on skin, makeup brands - Very good knowledge on Influencers - Initiate and plan creative and strategies influencer strategies and campaign plans - Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience and users - Keep up to date on emerging trends, technologies and influencers - Liaise with the marketing team to support in creating and coordinating marketing strategies that work across different channels - Support the divisional team managing performance and ensuring the program is running efficiently and optimising investment. - Plan influencer events and social activations with the Education & Content Manager and Social Media Coordinator, e.g. ambassador giveaways, takeovers and features to celebrate our ambassadors and create a positive community experience. -Curate personalized gifting for our top influencers to develop relationships. Repurpose content for brand use, including paid ads. -Measure key KPIs and provide regular reporting on program development -Curate personalized gifting for our top influencers to develop relationships. -Repurpose content for brand use, including paid ads. -Collaborating with the Operations Team to ensure campaigns are deployed on-time.

Requirements and skills - Knowledge of Managing brand - Carried out campaigns for brands - Insta and YouTube brand - Skincare and makeup brand - upto 50 lakh budget need to be managed -

Exemplary organization skills, communication skills, reporting skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Keynote, Adobe Suite, Canva and Shopify+
