Sales Strategy and Planning:
We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team and support our team by contacting prospective clients via telephone and email to ensure our sales professionals meet their monthly meeting goals.
A Sales Manager’s responsibilities include making sure that potential clients might be interested in our products and services, then scheduling a time with each potential client so they can meet one-on-one or in groups with our organization.
Ultimately, you will work directly with customers to set appointments for our team members.
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand business Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closure (mid-large enterprises) Illustrate Voxturr’s App, Web and Software solutions to the prospects
Must have a deep understanding of enterprise software solutions and market trends
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients, understanding their business needs and challenges.
Act as a strategic advisor to clients, offering solutions that address their specific requirements.
Sales Reporting and Analysis:
Manage CRM and drive weekly/monthly meetings with the management from the CRM Prepare and present accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts. Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Budget Management:
Effectively manage the enterprise sales budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus) A strong network/client base will be a PLUS
Proven track record of successful enterprise sales, meeting or exceeding targets Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics
Willingness to travel as needed
