Job Summary

  • The IT Manager will lead the IT portfolio and oversee all technology operations, focusing on ISO compliance, networking, IT security, cloud infrastructure, and hardware management. The role requires managing internal networks, IT security protocols, cloud services, IT hardware, and ensuring operational excellence.
  • The IT Manager will also supervise an IT vendor and collaborate with leaders to align technology with the firms objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the IT department, including direct oversight of an IT vendor.
  • Develop, implement and maintain IT policies, systems, and controls aligned with ISO standards and other agreements.
  • Own the administration and security of networks, hardware, software, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Ensure robust IT security practices to safeguard firm's data and client information.
  • Oversee selection, installation, maintenance, and lifecycle management of IT hardware and software assets.
  • Manage and periodically review cloud-based services (e.g., SaaS, IaaS, PaaS) to ensure availability, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Develop, test, and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  • Provide day to day support to users for hardware management, repair and troubleshooting.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any fields if the knowledge is substantiated with appropriate certifications in the domain.
