Failure Analysis CT EngineerJob Description:Work with X-ray and CT techniques to assist in the development and failure analysis of consumer electronics. While a background in Industrial X- ray/CT and/or electronics is not required, experience working in a lab environment and an openness and ability to learning on the job is ideal. A significant portion of the role will involve determining best scan setup for a variety of samples as well as using own knowledge of electronics/materials and communication with other engineers to effectively analyze the resulting data. This person must work well in a team environment.Scope-

Use lab-based nano- and micro-focus CT techniques-

Operate CT and 2D X-ray machines-

Collect, process, and analyze CT data-

Recommend next steps for Failure Analysis (if any) from CT data results

of experienceBackground and RequirementsJob RequirementsEducation:At minimum, a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related fieldSkills and Experience:·
