Serve as the source of knowledge concerning business processes, best practices and documentation standards
Lead workshops to identify problems, understand impact and help design global solutions

What you need to have:
7 to 10 years of external or internal management consulting experience in operating model design & assessment, operational transformation and organizational change management
Experience as team member in process blueprinting, digital transformation in a global setup
Experience in design/ implementation of automation solutions Familiarity with Agile, Six Sigma and Lean principles preferred
Insurance or Financial Industry experience preferred
Experience in business process modelling preferred
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Fluent in English orally and in writing
Experience working with global stakeholders and cultures
MBA from a premier business school
