The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales, acquiring new clients, and managing key accounts in the IT domain. You will be responsible for end-to-end sales activities, from lead generation to closure, while building long-term relationships with clients.Key Responsibilities- Drive new business acquisition in IT Services/Staffing across enterprise and mid-market clients.- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and market research.- Understand client requirements and position company’s IT services, digital solutions, and staffing capabilities effectively.- Manage the entire sales cycle – lead generation, proposal preparation, negotiations, and contract closure.- Collaborate with internal delivery and recruitment teams to ensure successful service execution.- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales revenue targets.- Develop long-term strategic relationships with CXOs, HR leaders, and procurement teams.- Stay updated with industry trends in IT services, staffing, digital transformation, and technology consulting.Key Requirements- 8+ years of experience in sales for IT Staffing, Consulting, or IT Services Projects.- Proven success in client acquisition,
