We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused SEO Specialist to join our growing digital marketing team. In this role, you'll play a key part in improving our organic search visibility, increasing website traffic, and supporting lead generation aligned with our IT service offerings, including software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement both on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase search visibility across target regions.
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research to guide content creation and enhance existing web pages.
  • Optimize key website elements including meta tags, internal linking, headers, image alt text, and site structure for better search engine indexing.
  • Work closely with the content team to integrate SEO best practices into blog posts, landing pages, and overall content strategy.
  • Perform technical SEO audits using tools like Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, or SEMrush to identify and resolve issues such as crawl errors or broken links.
  • Monitor and analyze site performance metrics (traffic, rankings, conversions) using Google Analytics and Google Search Console, and generate regular reports.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to uncover opportunities and benchmark performance.
  • Develop and manage backlink-building initiatives, including outreach, guest posting, and collaborations.
  • Keep up with the latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Solid understanding of SEO principles, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills — able to turn data into insights and actions.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
  • Experience with international SEO strategies for markets such as the US, UK, or Europe.
  • Familiarity with broader digital marketing tactics, including PPC, content marketing, and email campaigns.
  • Basic knowledge of Google Ads or paid search advertising is a plus.
