Safety Supervisor

Responsibilities : -

  1. Assist in implementing site-specific safety plans and ensure compliance with company safety standards
  2. Conduct routine inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure adherence to safety protocols
  3. Support the development and execution of Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) programs
  4. Monitor PPE usage and ensure proper maintenance and availability
  5. Facilitate safety training sessions for workers and supervisors
  6. Investigate minor incidents and near-misses, and assist in root cause analysis
  7. Maintain accurate safety documentation and prepare reports for internal review
  8. Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations and assist in updating safety policies
  9. Collaborate with contractors and site teams to promote a safety-first culture
  10. Participate in emergency response planning and drills

  • Strong interpersonal and training skills

Requirements : -

  • * Strong knowledge of industrial construction safety standards and regulations
  • * Experience in site inspections, hazard identification, and incident investigation
  • * Familiarity with safety documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements
  • * Ability to conduct training sessions and communicate safety protocols effectively
  • * Expertise in PPE usage, worksite risk assessments, and emergency response planning
