Role and Responsibilities
His/her responsibilities include identifying current and future hiring needs, advertising job openings online and
designing employee referral programs while working closely with the department heads. Reporting directly to the
Head of HR/Corporate team. He/she will ensure source mix is maintained to meet quality vs budgets.

Primary Responsibility:
1. Creation of JDs, gather resource requirement, manage end-to-end recruitment tasks, on-boarding and induction.
2. Prepare and publish Management reports as per agreed timelines
3. Liaise with Business on scheduled/unscheduled recruitment needs and ensuring open positions are run in line with approved manpower plans
4. Manage niche as well as volume hiring efforts
5. Source candidates from multiple sources, liaising with internal or external consultants and ensuring duplication of work

  1. Create and posting online and hard copy recruitment advertising on both internal and external job boards, newspapers, industry magazines & social media as per the agreed process.
  2. Screen job applications in line with requirements and responding to candidates in a timely and professional manner
  3. Schedule the interviews with potential candidates
  4. Interview and test candidates using standard competency based recruitment model
  5. Ensure compliance and Hiring Manager's sign off on candidates
  6. Coordinate with the Administration team to facilitate On-boarding of employees
  7. Manage induction of new employees
  8. Lead implementation of a strong recruitment system and process
  9. Pro-active in suggesting alternative course of action
  10. Manage vendors and relationships vis--vis recruitment activities
  11. Records Management relevant to the position's scope

Metrics & Organization Management:

1. Performance Metrics:
• TAT on closing positions
• Attrition
• Documentation and Compliance
• Cost and budget control

2. OM & Reporting:
• Direct Reporting to the HR Manager/Corporate Team

Qualifications, Experience and Education Requirements
• A graduate of Human Resources or any related degree
• At least 2-4 years' experience with about 1-2 years in recruitment or allied activities
• Knowledge of Labor Laws and best practices in People Management
• High degree of proficiency in MS Office functions and experience in using HRIS will be advantageous

• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Effective People Management skills for interaction with clients, visitors and fellow staff members
• Ability to gather requirements specific to roles and translate them into easy-to-understand yet comprehensive documents
• Discretion and Integrity
• Attention to detail at all times
• Good timekeeper

• Self-starter with ability to work on own initiative
• Good listener
