Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior HR Analyst with expertise in Business Intelligence (BI) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, updating, and supporting BI dashboards, particularly focused on HR metrics and analytics. This individual will also provide support for Workday reporting, data collection, validation, and analysis. Additionally, the Senior HR Analyst will collaborate closely with stakeholders, understand their requirements, and proactively suggest ideas to address their needs.

Primary Responsibilities:• Develop and maintain BI dashboards using Tableau and PowerBI, focusing on HR metrics and analytics.• Support Workday reporting efforts, ensuring data accuracy and reliability• Collect, validate, and analyze HR data from various sources to provide actionable insights.• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.• Take ownership of projects from conception to implementation, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.• Provide training and support to end-users on utilizing BI tools and dashboards effectively.• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in BI, HR analytics, and data visualization.

Qualifications

:• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.• 2-3 years’ work experience as a Reporting Analyst or Data Analyst in large complex corporations• Proficiency in Tableau and PowerBI, with experience in building complex dashboards and visualizations.• Expert level user of Excel (pivot tables and lookups) and advanced capabilities with balance of MS Office Suite of applications• Strong understanding of HR processes and metrics, preferably with experience in Workday.• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to derive insights from data.• Proven track record of successfully managing projects and delivering high-quality solutions on time.• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.• Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong focus on driving results and continuous improvement.• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
