As an Assistant Store Manager at JUSTDOGS Chandigarh , you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the store's seamless operations, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving sales. Collaborating closely with the Store Manager, your leadership will foster a positive environment for both customers and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Customer Engagement

  • Achieve Sales Targets: Implement strategies to meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Lead by example in delivering outstanding service, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product offerings to provide informed recommendations.

2. Store Operations & Visual Merchandising

  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and oversee inventory audits.
  • Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store's layout is appealing and aligns with brand standards.
  • Operational Compliance: Adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and local regulations.

3. Team Leadership & Development

  • Staff Training: Onboard new employees and provide ongoing training to enhance skills.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular evaluations, offer constructive feedback, and recognize achievements.
  • Scheduling: Organize staff rosters to ensure optimal coverage during peak hours.

4. Marketing & Community Engagement

  • Promotional Activities: Assist in planning and executing in-store promotions and events.
  • Community Outreach: Build relationships with local pet communities and organizations to enhance brand presence.
  • Qualifications & Skills:Experience: 2-4 years in retail management, preferably in the pet industry.
  • Leadership Abilities: Proven track record of leading teams and driving performance.
