Job Description :

We are seeking an energetic and passionate Technical Product Manager who has a strong desire to make products successful.

The ideal candidate will have a robust background in Java, ReactJS, Angular, MERN Stack, MEAN Stack, and web/mobile application development, along with deep expertise in the telecom domain.

This role involves leading cross-functional teams and managing the product lifecycle from concept to launch.

Responsibilities :

Product Development :


- Collaborate with the development team to drive feature development in alignment with sprint planning.

- Ensure that the features developed are user-friendly and meet the needs of the end users.

Product Optimization :


- Review existing product features using both qualitative and quantitative measures.

- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement or optimization to enhance user experience.

Market Research :


- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product development and support go-to-market activities.

Industry Research :


- Research relevant industry trends and features, developing recommendation pitches and proof-of-concepts for the product roadmap.

Documentation :


- Develop user guides, tutorials, and other documentation to support product releases.

User Stories :


- Create detailed user stories for new features and enhancements.

Collaboration :


- Work with the user experience team to create detailed feature specifications.

- Iterate through prototypes and validate the product with internal and external customers.

Telecom Integration :


- Utilize strong knowledge of telecom systems and technologies to address industry-specific challenges and integrate telecom features into products.

Compliance :


- Ensure that the product complies with telecom standards and protocols for optimal performance.

Core Experience :

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related engineering field, or equivalent experience.

- Technical Experience : 10+ years of relevant experience, including 6-7 years with a strong technical foundation.

- Industry Experience : Direct experience in conferencing, collaboration, or communication space, with a deep understanding of telecom systems and technologies.

- Technical Skills : Proficient in web/mobile app development, with experience in Java, AngularJS, MEAN Stack, MERN Stack, web technologies, and mobile apps (Android/iOS).

- Team Management : Ability to effectively manage a development team.

- Agile Methodology : Experience working in Agile teams and a deep understanding of the responsibilities of a Product Owner in Scrum methodology.

- Technical Background : Prior experience as a Software Engineer (or similar) using .NET, Java, web services, with desirable knowledge in AngularJS/NodeJS, RDBMS, NoSQL databases.

- Deployment & Testing : Experience in deployment and testing processes.

Nice-to-Haves :

- Communication : Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with various functional groups, including architects, developers, business owners, and senior business leaders.

- Analytical Skills : Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to understand and contextually analyze requirements to arrive at optimal solutions.

- Familiarity with Agile Practices : Experience with agile software development practices used to build and deploy web and mobile applications.

- Communication Skills : Excellent oral and written English communication, documentation, and prototyping skills.

- Enterprise Products : Product management experience with enterprise-level products.

- Technical Architecture : Experience in the technical architecture of web/mobile applications.

- UI/UX Design : Experience in designing user interfaces, product design, and management.

- Wireframes & Mock-ups : Experience creating examples through wireframes and mock-ups
