About the Role
In this role you will: Conduct comprehensive SEO (Search Engine Optimization) audits and implement strategies to improve organic search rankings. Perform keyword research, on-page optimization, and content optimization to drive organic traffic. Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs. Develop and execute link-building strategies to enhance domain authority and visibility. Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.- Plan, execute, and optimize the Native Advertising campaigns.- Conduct A/B testing to determine the most effective ad creatives and landing pages.- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.- Manage the paid marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and tracking of expenditures.- Develop and implement ABM strategies to target high-value accounts through personalized email and LinkedIn campaigns.- Collaborate with the sales team to identify target accounts and create tailored marketing messages.- Utilize marketing automation tools to segment and nurture leads through the sales funnel.- Measure and report on the effectiveness of ABM campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in SEO tools.- Expertise in managing Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid marketing platforms.- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).- Strong understanding of ABM strategies and best practices.- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to create compelling marketing messages and content.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.- Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally.- Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for digital marketing.
Preferred Skills
2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, paid marketing, and ABM. Proven experience in a B2B SaaS environment is highly preferred.
Pay range and compensation package
Gratuity: You will be eligible for Gratuity as per the payment of the Gratuities Act. Medical Insurance coverage: Coverage of up to Rs 3 lakhs for you, your spouse, 2 children.
