OperationsManager

for one of the top business consulting firms in Hyderabad . TheOperations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the smoothexecution of ongoing projects ensuring efficiency in worktobillingcycles monitoring productivity and analyzing timesheets. The idealcandidate will have a strong background in operations managementexceptional organizational skills and the ability to handlemultiple tasksseamlessly.KeyResponsibilities:ProjectManagement and OversightOverseethe execution of ongoing projects ensuring they are completed ontime and withinbudget.Developand maintain project timelines ensuring all milestones aremet.Coordinatewith project managers and team leads to track progress and addressany potential delays orissues.Implementproject management tools and best practices to streamlineprocesses.WorktoBillingCycleManagementEnsureaccurate and timely billing for allprojects.Monitorthe entire worktobilling cycle to identify and resolve anydiscrepancies ordelays.Collaboratewith the finance department to ensure all billable hours andexpenses are correctly recorded andinvoiced.Productivityand EfficiencyMonitoringDevelopand implement productivity tracking systems to monitor teamperformance.Analyzeproductivity metrics and provide actionable insights to improveefficiency.Conductregular reviews of processes and workflows to identify areas forimprovement.Implementinitiatives to enhance overall operationalefficiency.TimesheetAnalysisOverseethe collection and analysis of timesheets to ensure accuraterecording of workhours.Identifytrends and patterns in timesheet data to optimize resourceallocation.Ensurecompliance with company policies and procedures regarding timetracking.Provideregular reports on timesheet data to seniormanagement.EngagementLetters MonitoringEnsureall client engagement letters are properly executed andmaintained.Monitorthe terms and conditions of engagement letters to ensurecompliance.Trackthe status of engagement letters and follow up on renewals andamendments asnecessary.Maintaina comprehensive database of all engagement letters for easyreference and auditpurposes.TeamCoordination andSupportActas a liaison between different departments to ensure smoothcommunication andcollaboration.Providesupport and guidance to project managers and team members asneeded.Fostera positive and productive workenvironment.Organizeand lead regular team meetings to review project status and addressanyconcerns.ReportingandDocumentationPrepareand present regular reports on operational performance projectstatus and other keymetrics.Maintainaccurate and uptodate documentation of all operational processesandprocedures.Ensureall operational activities are compliant with company policies andrelevantregulations.Requirements

Qualifications:

Master s degreepreferred in Operations Management or a related field/ Semiqualified CA/Non CAMinimum of 2 years ofexperience in operations management preferably in a consultingfirm.DesiredSkillsets:

Strong understanding ofproject management principles and bestpractices.Excellentanalytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.Proficiency in projectmanagement software andtools.Exceptional organizationaland multitaskingabilities.Strong communication andinterpersonalskills.Ability to work underpressure and meet tightdeadlines.Proficiency in MS OfficeSuite (Word Excel PowerPoint).

Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management,preferably in a consulting firm.
