Qualifications and Skills
7-10 years of experience in sales and retail management, preferably in footwear or fashion industryProven track record in inventory management, team leadership, and sales operationsStrong understanding of retail sales principles and merchandising techniquesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for team management and customer interactionsProficiency in CRM systems and sales analysis tools for data-driven decision making
Roles and Responsibilities
Manage and lead the sales team in Ahmedabad to achieve sales targets and KPIs for Reliance Footprint productsImplement effective sales strategies and promotional activities to drive revenue growth and market shareEnsure efficient inventory management and merchandising to meet customer demandOversee sales operations, customer service, and CRM initiatives for enhancing customer experienceAnalyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities
Mandatory Experience
