What We're Looking For
- Female candidates are encouraged to apply
- Graduate (MBA/HR/Commerce preferred)
- 3–7 years' experience as an EA, Secretary, or HR professional
- Strong communication, drafting and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office & Google Workspace
- Knowledge of HR & Payroll processes
- Basic accounting (expenses, reimbursements, vendor payments)
- High integrity, confidentiality & multitasking ability
Key Responsibilities
- Manage CEO's calendar, meetings and travel
- Draft and review emails, reports and presentations
- Support HR tasks: recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance
- Assist in accounts & finance: reimbursements, invoicing, vendor payments
- Act as a bridge between CEO, teams and stakeholders
