Job Title: Gen AI Developer (2-3 Years Experience)
Location: Mumbai
Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Gen AI Developer with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in AI technologies, including Generative AI, NLP, and Machine Learning. This individual will be responsible for developing and deploying AI solutions using Azure Cloud Services , Cognitive Services , and modern Generative AI techniques. The role requires proficiency in Python , a strong understanding of AI/ML algorithms, and the ability to work with large language models (LLMs).
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using Azure Cloud Services , specifically Azure Cognitive Services , to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.
Leverage Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques for building advanced text-based models, chatbots, and other AI-driven tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Generative AI and Machine Learning (ML) capabilities into cloud-based solutions.
Apply knowledge of LLM (Large Language Models) to create innovative and scalable AI products that enhance business functionality.
Write and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Python code to implement AI models and algorithms.
Continuously evaluate and optimize the performance of AI models and applications in production environments.
Ensure data integrity, security, and scalability of AI systems within Azure Cloud environments.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI/ML, and implement best practices in solution architecture.
Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into AI-based solutions.
Required Qualifications:
2-3 years of professional experience working with AI technologies , Generative AI , and Natural Language Processing (NLP) .
Strong experience in deploying and managing AI models and solutions using Azure Cloud Services , specifically Azure Cognitive Services .
Proficiency in Python programming, with a solid understanding of AI/ML libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Keras.
Knowledge and hands-on experience with Machine Learning algorithms and techniques such as supervised/unsupervised learning, regression, classification, clustering, and optimization.
Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and their integration into AI applications (e.g., GPT-based models).
Strong understanding of cloud architectures, data storage , and scalability in Azure Cloud environments.
Ability to work with AI and ML frameworks for model training, validation, and deployment in a production environment.
Experience in AI model evaluation , fine-tuning , and optimization .
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science , Artificial Intelligence , Data Science , or a related field.
Experience with Azure Machine Learning , Azure Databricks , or other Azure AI services.
Familiarity with containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) for AI/ML models in the cloud.
Experience working with AI-based projects in industries such as healthcare, finance, or e-commerce.
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for exploring new AI technologies and applications.
