The ideal candidate will have 18+ years of experience in designing and leading complex AI-driven and big data solutions, leveraging state-of-the-art technologies to drive innovation and transformation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership to develop cutting-edge, scalable solutions that enhance business capabilities.Key Responsibilities:Architecting Gen AI Solutions:Lead the design and development of scalable, AI-driven systems, focusing on Generative AI technologies and Large Language Models (LLM) to solve complex business challenges.Big Data Strategy and Architecture:Define the strategy for Big Data ecosystems, ensuring data architecture is optimized for performance, security, and scalability. Implement big data platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, etc.) to support data-intensive applications.AI/ML Model Development:Guide the development and deployment of advanced machine learning models, particularly LLMs, focusing on natural language processing (NLP), deep learning, and generative AI applications.End-to-End Solution Design:Lead the full lifecycle of solution architecture from concept to deployment, ensuring alignment with business needs, technical requirements, and compliance standards.Collaboration and Leadership:Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into highly technical solutions. Provide mentorship and guidance to technical teams.Technical Innovation:Drive the adoption of emerging AI/ML technologies and trends, particularly in Gen AI, LLM, and Big Data, to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.Performance Optimization:Ensure the performance, reliability, and scalability of AI/ML and big data architectures, implementing best practices for optimization and real-time processing.Security and Compliance:Oversee the security architecture of AI and Big Data solutions, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).Required Skills and Qualifications:18+ yearsof experience in software architecture, with a focus on AI, ML, Big Data, and cloud-based solutions.Expertise inGenerative AI (Gen AI)technologies,Large Language Models (LLM) , andNLP .Extensive experience inBig Data technologies(e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, etc.) and data architecture.Strong knowledge ofcloud platforms(AWS, GCP, Azure) and microservices architecture.Experience withdeep learning frameworks(TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).Proven track record ofdelivering large-scale, high-performance AI and big data solutions .Excellent understanding ofdata governance, security, and compliance .Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability tomentor and lead technical teams , fostering innovation and technical excellence.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working in industries such as finance, healthcare, retail, or manufacturing.Certifications inAI/ML, Big Data, or Cloud Architecture(e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Professional Data Engineer).Experience withEdge AIorAI/ML Opsis a plus.
