Role Overview:

We are looking for a customer-focused and technically sound Service Advisor to join our team at Anugul ,Odisha. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between customers and the technical team, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and understand their vehicle service requirements
  • Create job cards and explain the scope of work and estimated cost
  • Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure timely service delivery
  • Keep customers informed on job progress, additional repairs, and delays
  • Conduct final inspection before vehicle delivery
  • Handle customer feedback, concerns, and post-service follow-up
  • Maintain service records and ensure proper documentation

Candidate Requirements:

  • Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering
  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar role at a service center
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of vehicle systems and repair processes
  • Basic knowledge of billing and service software
  • Customer-focused with problem-solving ability

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with CRM or service management software
  • Ability to upsell value-added services
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
