Profile : Product Manager - Equity Broking Products

Location : Andheri, Mumbai

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team as a Product Manager for Equity

Broking Products. As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing our equity broking product portfolio. This includes identifying product opportunities, defining product strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring innovative and competitive products to market. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a significant impact in the financial services industry.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Responsible for strategy of acquisition, engagement, and implementation of process to grow- Equity broking wallet share within new and existing clients. Aims to increase average- revenue per client and product penetration across teams.- Development on new products/features relating to Equity broking & Equity Derivatives.- Expert of Equity vertical and continually test, learn, lean on the data and collaborate across- functions to find new and innovative ways to reaching target audiences and driving revenue.- Worked with cross functional teams to ensure smooth functioning of Equity Broking Products.- Providing sales and marketing support in form of presentations, product note, SMS. Con calls- on products, developing sales Ideas and share talking points to sales force.- Training and Development of workforce and clients.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.- Proven experience as a Product Manager in the financial services industry, specifically in- equity broking products.- In-depth knowledge of equity broking products and the financial markets.- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.- Excellent project management and leadership abilities.- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and product management software.
