We seek a motivated and experienced Product Owner to join our telecom operator team. As aProduct Owner you will play a pivotal role in defining and delivering innovative BSSOSS solutionsthat meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth. You will collaborate closely withcrossfunctional teams including network operations marketing customer service and IT to ensurethe successful development and deployment of telecom products and services. This role requires adeep understanding of the telecom industry agile methodologies and exceptional communicationskills.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and prioritize features and enhancements for telecom products and services based on markettrends customer feedback and business goals.Collaborate with stakeholders to develop product vision strategy and roadmap that align withcompany objectives.Create and maintain the product backlog ensuring it reflects the latest priorities and requirements.Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of product releases.Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders development teams and externalvendors to coordinate activities and resolve issues.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats in thetelecom industry.Monitor and analyze product performance metrics customer usage data and feedback to drivecontinuous improvement and innovation.Lead sprint planning review meetings and daily standups to track progress identify risks andadjust priorities as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in the telecom industry.Indepth knowledge of telecom products services and technologies (e.g. mobile broadband IoTOSS BSS).Strong understanding of agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum Kanban) and experience in agile productmanagement practices.Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills.Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa.Analytical mindset with the ability to make datadriven decisions.Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Business Administration Engineering or a related field(preferred).

Additional Desired Skills:

Certification in Agile (e.g. Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)) is a plus.Certifications in eTOM TOGAF is a plus.Experience with telecom network operations billing systems and OSS/BSS platforms.Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in the telecom industry.Previous experience in managing telecom product lifecycle from concept to launch.SkillsAnalytical Mind,
