With a commitment to detail, efficiency, and innovation, the company consistently delivers stylish, floor-ready apparel on time.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a cotton & polyester Knit Fabric Technician, based out of Tirupur.The Knit Fabric Technician will be responsible for research and testing of knitted fabrics, monitoring fabric quality and processes, and ensuring compliance with client and company standards. The role involves collaboration with design and production teams to develop innovative knitting techniques, troubleshooting issues during manufacturing, and implementing solutions to improve efficiency and quality. Regular coordination with suppliers and partners is also a key aspect of the position.QualificationsProficiency in knit fabric construction, testing methods, and quality control processesUnderstanding of textile and knitting machinery,Experience in fabric development, R&D, and innovation in knit fabric productionProblem-solving and process optimization skills within a manufacturing environmentAbility to communicate and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teamsBachelor’s degree in Textile Technology or related field is preferredPrior experience in the knit apparel manufacturing industry is must
