Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an OTA at ELIVAAS, located in Gurugram. The OTA will handle day-to-day tasks, including managing room inventory, updating rates, and responding to customer inquiries. The role involves working closely with the sales and marketing teams to implement promotional strategies and ensure optimal occupancy and revenue. The OTA will also coordinate with the operations team to manage guest experiences and resolve any issues.

Qualifications

  • Experience in rate management, reservation systems, and online travel agencies (OTAs)
  • Skills in data analysis, reporting, and market research
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams
  • Proficiency in using technology for property management
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
