Imakeur helps clients bridge the gap between potential and influence, equipping them to attract the right networks, accelerate growth, and stand out as respected leaders.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing & Sales Specialist at Imakeur – The School of Elegance, based in Kochi.The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end marketing and sales operations, from generating leads to closing deals, while representing the brand’s luxury identity. This role requires a strategic thinker and an execution powerhouse who can build strong customer relationships, grow revenue, and create meaningful brand experiences.Eligibility Criteria:• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in marketing and sales roles.• Strong background in tele-sales, in-person sales, and lead conversion.• Hands-on experience in digital marketing (social media, email, chat & WhatsApp campaigns).• Ability to build and manage marketing funnels, track performance, and achieve targets.• Excellent communication and presentation skills , both online and offline.• Strong strategic thinking and execution skills to plan and implement campaigns.• Experience in luxury / premium service industries or personal branding is an added advantage.• Ability to work independently and drive end-to-end marketing and sales activities.• Proficiency in CRM tools, digital ads, and social media platforms.• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Kochi
