Role Description This is a full-time on-site role, located in Kochi, for a CRM Sales and Marketing Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for managing customer relationships, developing and executing sales strategies, and performing project management tasks. Daily activities include analyzing sales data, engaging with potential and existing customers, communicating effectively with team members and clients, and ensuring the successful implementation of CRM initiatives. The specialist will also be involved in developing marketing campaigns and supporting the overall business development goals. Qualifications - Strong Analytical Skills and Project Management experience - Excellent Communication skills and ability to engage with clients - Proven ability in Sales and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) - Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Experience with CRM software and data analytics tools is a plus - Strong organizational and time management skills
