Sharepoint Consultant

Overview Zencon Group is seeking an experienced SharePoint Consultant to lead a modernization initiative for our legal client. The consultant will design and implement a secure, scalable SharePoint Online environment, migrate existing case-related documents from legacy network drives, and configure seamless integration with the LegalServer case management platform. Responsibilities Conduct a full discovery and planning assessment of client’s legacy file storage and data structure. Identify, categorize, and prepare eligible case files for migration (pending or closed after Jan 1, 2023). Design and configure SharePoint Online architecture , metadata schema, and permissions aligned with client’s office and practice group structure. Implement LegalServer–SharePoint integration , enabling automated document access and metadata synchronization. Execute data migration using third-party tools (e.G., ShareGate, Mover, or AvePoint). Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and perform up to two refinement iterations. Develop clear, user-friendly training materials and system documentation for end users and administrators. Conduct virtual training sessions and provide post-go-live technical support. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure system reliability, compliance, and knowledge
