Business Development Intern – RealityBox Location: East of Kailash, New Delhi (On-site) Internship | Duration: 3–6 Months | Stipend: ₹8,000–₹12,000 per month (Fixed) At RealityBox, we are a global creative video production company specializing in cinematic travel films, immersive documentaries, and high-impact brand storytelling. We showcase iconic destinations and produce campaigns for global brands, delivering world-class visuals and innovative concepts that inspire, influence, and leave a lasting impact. Role & ResponsibilitiesAssist the Business Development Manager in identifying and approaching new clients (tourism boards, airlines, hospitality, lifestyle brands, agencies) Conduct cold calls, cold emails, and outreach to connect with potential clients Support in creating and delivering pitch decks, proposals, and case studies Shadow senior team members in sales calls, meetings, and presentations Research and build lead databases & industry insights Track and update sales pipeline and CRM Contribute to networking activities and industry events RequirementsMust be fluent in English (written and spoken) with excellent communication skills Strong interest in sales, business development, or client acquisition Comfortable with cold calling, outreach, and pitching to senior professionals Confident personality with ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively Research-oriented with ability to spot new opportunities Enthusiastic, ambitious, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment Bonus: Prior exposure to marketing/advertising/production industry What We OfferStipend: ₹8,000–₹12,000 per month Internship Certificate + Letter of Recommendation for outstanding performers Hands-on training in sales strategy, pitching, and client acquisition Exposure to global brands and premium projects Direct mentorship from founders & leadership team Potential for a full-time Business Development role based on performance
