Job Title: Engineering Head (Principal - Architecture)

Position Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and problem-solving.
  • Define and drive the company's technology vision and strategy.
  • Manage the entire product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Implement best practices in software development, quality assurance, and deployment to foster continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering efforts with company goals and customer needs.
  • Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of the technology infrastructure.
  • Lead the integration of advanced AI features to enhance our employment solutions.
  • Contribute to strategic planning, which is key to the company’s decision-making processes.

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in leading and managing engineering teams, preferably in a startup environment.
  • Experience with products in the Data and AI/ML space.
  • Strong technical background with expertise in software development, architecture, and design.
  • Expertise in modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, Spring, Python, React).
  • Deep understanding of performance optimization (Frontend and Backend).
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.

Job Title: Engineering Lead (Associate Principal - Architecture)

Experience Required: 12-16 Years

Location: Bangalore / Chennai

Position Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

  • Understand requirements and create robust technical designs for product development.
  • Ensure all developers follow the technical design and code quality standards.
  • Break down functional stories into technical stories for clear execution.
  • Manage the Scrum-based product development cycle and ensure delivery timelines are met.
  • Lead the review process and ensure technical debt is minimized.
  • Optimize systems for performance, scalability, and seamless functionality.
  • Mentor and grow the engineering team, ensuring a high level of technical expertise.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Product Design, Frontend, Analytics, and DevOps.
  • Finalize technical product design and manage changes in response to evolving needs.

Skills Required:

  • 10-15 years of experience, including 3+ years in management or lead roles.
  • Experience in a startup environment, building new features and functionalities from the ground up.
  • Strong expertise in building scalable solutions in the Data and AI/ML space.
  • Proficiency in Java, Spring, React, ES6, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS3.
  • Experience in performance optimization, microservices architecture, and cloud-based systems.
  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, data modelling, and performance tuning in databases (MongoDB, Elasticsearch, RDBMS).
  • Expertise in Agile Scrum, CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Knowledge of testing libraries and frameworks (Jest, Enzyme, Mocha, Junit, Mockito).
  • Familiarity with NLP and analytics workflows is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
