Manager/ Sr. Manager– Business Development

Profile Summary:
To generate Wind / Solar / Wind-Solar Hybrid Park Open Access enquiries, close the orders, payment collection, project coordination for ground mounted Wind / Solar / Wind-Solar Hybrid projects for Captive (Capex), Third Party Sale & Group Captive PPA.
Responsibilities:
Your work will include business development functions including but not limited to:
Prospecting/ identifying, selecting, and acquiring potential power consumers for Group Captive PPAs or Investments in Captive Wind / Solar / Wind-Solar Hybrid projects.
Evaluation, Preparation and submission of responses to various RFP/ RFI/ Bids.
Preparing offers/ term sheets/ LOIs, negotiating and closing contracts and collect receivables.
Timely preparation and presentation of MIS to management
Work with various teams to ensure that timelines for project finalization and commissioning as agreed with customers and senior management are always met.
Support various teams and clients in preparing various applications, submission and getting permits from various Govt. authorities.
Travel across various cities in India for business development and client acquisition.
Basic Requirements :
5+ year experience in techno commercial B2B sales in Wind / Solar Industry.
Strong understanding of group captive/ third party sale PPAs, Open Access regulations, Power Markets in Indian, Wind / Solar Parks.
Prior experience in handling renewable energy projects and key account management.
Knowledge about open access regulations and Govt policies of various states for Captive and Group Captive models
Worked in renewable industries preferably in Wind / Solar sector.
Qualification & Educational Requirements:
Preferable - Bachelor’s degree in engineering /MBA from Institute of repute.
