We’re looking for a dynamic individual to join our team Location: Chandigarh (Hybrid) Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, Google and . Grow engagement and followers organically with effective hashtag strategies and content planning. Run and optimize performance marketing campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, etc.) to drive e-commerce sales. Track, analyze, and report on KPIs (CTR, ROAS, CAC, etc.). Collaborate with design and product teams to create high-converting creatives. Stay ahead of social media trends and platform updates. Manage In-House design team. ✅ Requirements: 2+ years in Social Media Management or Performance Marketing (e-commerce preferred). Proven experience managing paid ads and delivering measurable results. Strong knowledge of hashtags, content virality, and audience engagement. Comfortable using analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.) Excellent communication, creativity, and copywriting skills.
