Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Technical Recruiter at DevoTrend IT in Bengaluru. The IT Technical Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle technical recruiting, IT recruitment, and hiring processes within the organization.
Qualifications
Technical Recruiting and Full-life Cycle Recruiting skills
Information Technology and IT Recruitment knowledge specially for Microsoft and Oracle Technologies.
Experience in managing hiring processes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of IT industry trends and technologies
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or related field.
