Job Overview


We are hiring an Area Sales Manager for our branch in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the sales operations in the assigned area. This is a mid-level position, requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in sales.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 4 to 6 years of experience in sales, preferably in a managerial role
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Knowledge of the Bangalore market and industry trends


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives
  • Manage and lead a team of sales executives to ensure sales targets are met
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies
