Essential Functions:
- Configure, test, and deploy functional modifications and enhancements to Workday.- Provide end-user support with troubleshooting, and issue remediation.- Responsible for semi-annual and weekly release testing and feature deployment for modules they oversee.- Create test plans and conduct user acceptance testing for assigned deployments.- Review and identify inefficiencies in business process flows; analyze processes, propose recommendations, document changes for change control purposes, and implement required process improvements.- Create/update user guides and other support materials as necessary to reflect system updates.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- 4+ years of proven ability in supporting Workday.- Workday Pro certification required.- Experience with ADP Workforce Now, Extend, BIRT, and Workday integrations a plus.- Experience with executing testing and validation of configuration and ability to conduct research into application and system-related issues.- Ability to take ownership of tasks and use initiatives to solve problems, exercising an appropriate level of judgment.- A team player with the aptitude to work independently as well as cross-functionally- Strong organization and time management skills required and the ability to react to quickly changing priorities- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail- Experience maintaining a high degree of discretion and sensitivity to confidential information
