Working independently with a strong focus on detail and committed to the Collection, qualitative data entry, validation, and analysis of the Project related data and analyzes operational information of various sources including the Contracts related to the Investigators. As a strong tea
m player, the Investigator Payment Specialist can communicate with various internal and external functions.
Key Accountabilities :
Assist with study data quality checking and query resolution Develop and distribute consolidated monthly payments reports detailing the status of paid/unpaid sites Analyse and investigate invoice provided by site and pay as per CTA. Authorize fund set up by respective team with reference to CTA Address holds and Resolve queries related to invoices posted. Tagging the right attachment of invoices once invoice was loaded into Payment system Collection of information from various teams whenever needed on timely manner Participate in client, and project team meetings Attend in applicable trainings recommended. Respond to emails received seeking information related to invoices for payment. Ensure thorough knowledge of organization WSOPs, SOPs, Operational Guidelines, Work Instructions and payment specific procedures Perform payment reconciliations at mandated intervals. Complete analysis of budgeted versus actual spend for assigned projects and any other reporting needs as required. Review and discuss with project team. Develop and provide budgetary forecasts for project teams for investigator paymentsSkills:
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills A flexible attitude with respect to work assignments and new learning Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm and prioritize workload with attention to detail Willingness to work in a matrix environment and to value the importance of teamwork. Enlist the support of team members in meeting goals. Ability to conduct root cause analysis in business problem solving and process improvement development.Knowledge and Experience :
6 years experience with a Multinational Company in a relevant job involving qualitative data entry, data validation in the area of finance, Project Management, Contracts.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree preferably with a numerate element (Finance, Accounting, or Business or preferred) or equivalent experience.We have other current jobs related to this field that you can find below
