Production Planning Manager

We are hiring a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager – Production Planning & Control (PPC) professional with minimum work experience 6 years in Production Planning. The incumbent will be responsible for managing the production planning process, ensure efficient and optimum use of resources, and maintain smooth production workflows to meet overseas customer demands and business objectives.


The position is based out of our corporate office in Gurugram, Haryana - India


Job Role & Responsibilities:


  • Oversee PPC and purchasing activities.
  • Standardize systems & processes for planning & scheduling functions.
  • Manage order placements and delivery commitments from the factory.
  • Ensure adherence to delivery commitments.
  • Issue warehouse notes and get the material inhouse.
  • Coordinate with QC for material inspection.
  • Facilitate overseas shipment planning.
  • Coordinate with the trading company to ensure timely vendor payments.


Experience & Skills:


  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in production planning and control, preferably in the power electronics, automobile, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and inventory management.
  • The candidate should be able to clearly articulate the company's philosophy and objectives to overseas vendors.


Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
