Job Description
The HRBP Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting HRBPs or HR Managers in delivering effective HR services to the organization. They assist in various HR activities, including employee relations, talent management, HR compliance, and administrative tasks. Responsibilities include providing administrative support, assisting in the recruitment and onboarding process, serving as a point of contact for employee inquiries, supporting talent management initiatives, ensuring HR compliance and reporting, and assisting in HR projects and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Previous experience in an HR support role or administrative position is preferred.
  • Knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software
  • Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Required skills:
    • Knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS software
    • Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Several years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on HR business partnering. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Experience working in a global or multi-site organization is a plus. HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) is desirable but not always required.
