Creative Strategy Lead

We are seeking a highly creative and strategic individual to lead our performance creative strategy. As the Creative Strategy Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative creative strategies that drive exceptional results. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and launch high-performing campaigns across various digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Strategy:Develop and execute comprehensive creative strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience insights.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, media, analytics) to optimize creative assets for performance.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing.
Team Leadership:Lead and mentor a team of creative professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance.Assign tasks, provide guidance, and review creative work to ensure quality and consistency.Develop and implement processes to streamline creative workflows and improve efficiency.
Creative Execution:Oversee the creation of high-quality creative assets, including:Engaging ad copy and headlinesCompelling visuals and designsPersuasive video contentCollaborate with designers, copywriters, and video editors to bring creative concepts to life.
Performance Optimization:Analyze campaign performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.A/B tests different creative elements to maximize ROI and conversion rates.Continuously refine creative strategies based on insights and learnings.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.Proven track record of developing and executing successful creative campaigns.Strong understanding of paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and their creative best
practices.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Strong communication and presentation skills.A passion for creativity, innovation, and data-driven decision-making.
