Key Account Manager Textiles (Pre & Post Order Management)
We are seeking a proactive Key Account Manager to manage pre-order coordination and post-order execution across production, trims, sampling, shipping, and customer communication. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless workflow from order confirmation to shipment dispatch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate ex-factory dates, Proforma Invoices (PIs), and Purchase Orders (POs).
- Manage Fabric Order Forms (FOF) and track consumption with Product Specialists.
- Maintain Time & Action (T&A) calendar.
- Follow up for trims/BOM approvals and manage lab dips, PPS, and testing samples.
- Daily coordination with customers, internal production, QA, and planning teams.
- Handle WIP reports, pre-production meetings, and inspection bookings.
- Oversee shipment documentation, packing lists, and truck-outs.
- Support sample development, product development activities, and post-shipment reconciliations.
