Networking – IP, DHCP, DNS, Switches, Routers, Firewalls, VPN, Tokens, WiFi, Hotspots & Nic's. Active Directory Password resets and User properties. Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams audio/video conferencing systems Laptop backup using Carbonite
