The Director/Associate Director - Service/Product Offer Management develops, owns and drives product and service strategies. By using their market focus and expertise, this position ensures that the organisation’s product and service offerings remain relevant, sustainable, compelling and competitive within the markets they are designed to serve. They may be required to own and drive the product management strategy in their assigned business unit/division. This position is responsible for identifying opportunities for new product and services development or for the enhancements to existing products and services.

Director/Associate Director – Product Manager / Service Offer Management

  • Manage security services products through the complete product life-cycle
  • Be the champion of security services within NTT CSD BU. Motivate, guide and train sales team to sell security services
  • Be able to evaluate customer requirements and position the right security offering
  • Maintain product features road-map for all security services
  • Evangelise and develop new security services offerings to complement the existing portfolio
  • Create business case and develop business plans. Communicate business value proposition to CXO level for getting financial approval
  • Develop and maintain product collaterals such as spec sheets, MRD, PRD etc throughout product life-cycle
  • Develop innovative commercial models for maximizing penetration of security services
  • Develop and execute effective GTM strategies for existing and new products
  • Develop effective marketing campaigns in coordination with marketing team
  • Enable the sales organisation through training, assisting on sales call etc
  • Support sales team at a tactical level during entire sales life-cycle
  • Support the Bids and proposals team in writing winning bids.
  • Track competition at a regular interval and use it to convert deals
  • Track & report on usage of security services on a regular basis
  • Drive Security OEMs and partner concerning solutions, pricing, marketing etc
  • Critically evaluate security OEMs and partners to add/enhance existing security services offered
  • Maintain the P&L for security services
  • Working with marketing, partners, OEMS to develop content for white papers, webcasts etc
  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, security agencies and continuously engage for enhancing security services
  • Track & maintain a strong funnel for security services
  • Work with all internal functions such as HR, Finance, Ops to track and resolve issues related to security services


Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:

  • Possess a broad understanding of Cybersecurity products like SIEM, SOAR, EDR, Threat detection, MDRS, XDR, Security Analytics etc.
  • Possess an understanding of NTT Ltd.'s transformation and change programs
  • Demonstrate a sound understanding of the technologies related to product areas
  • Display an in-depth understanding of the product’s functionality and capability
  • Display good work efficiency with effective time and work management, dynamic prioritising and adaptability and flexibility
  • Possess good verbal and written communication skills and are able to interact across all levels in the business
  • Individuals should be self-starters, proactive and are able to use their initiative
  • Demonstrate evidence of clear analytical thinking
  • Display an astute mind-set with critical thinking skills, systems thinking and good problem solving
  • Demonstrate the ability to make strategic and independent decisions that are characterized by logic and good reasoning
  • Display the ability to research and produce industry knowledge that is published and presented internally and externally
  • Demonstrate the ability to develop, grow and utilise domain level expertise including industry, markets and technology factors


Academic Qualifications and Certifications:


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Business Management or equivalent Qualification
  • Scaled Agile


Required Experience:


  • Extended experience in a similar position
  • Extended experience in the technology industry
  • Extended track record managing the implementation new products or product lines
